Leeds should consider looking again at Matej Vydra.

Leeds United have a fresh chance to sign Matej Vydra this summer.
The Sun report (9/6 page 60) that Burnley are willing to cash in on Vydra for £10 million.
Leeds strongly pursued Vydra last season, with Sky Sports reporting a move fell through over personal terms.
What Vydra really wanted, was to play in the Premier League. Burnley’s brief Europa League challenge also worked in their favour.
His time at Turf Moor has not worked out successfully though. He started only three Premier League games plus a further 10 appearances from the bench, scoring once.

Vydra is a proven Championship goalscorer, finishing as top scorer in 2017/18 with 21 goals for Derby.
Moving for Vydra would be expensive for Leeds, not only as a transfer, but with wages too.
After coming so close and missing out on promotion last season, Leeds fans may consider that the money would be well spent.
Whether Leeds actually have the funds in order to pull it off, is another matter, and that may prevent them from paying up for the Czech forward.
