Leeds United will return to action this afternoon when they take on Queens Park Rangers away from home at Loftus Road in London in the Championship.

The Whites will head into the match against QPR on the back of a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa at Elland Road in the league.

The West Yorkshire outfit appear to have recovered from their recent run of poor results and are back in the hunt for the playoffs.

One Leeds player who seems to have won over the fans is Caleb Ekuban, who joined the Championship club from Chievo in the summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian striker may not have scored yet, but in the 258 minutes of Championship football he has played so far this season, he has impressed the fans.

Leeds fans seem to have been won over by Ekuban, but they do not want his teammate Kemar Roofe to start against QPR.

Roofe, who can operate as a striker or as a winger, has scored three goals and provided one assist in 17 Championship appearances for the Whites so far this season.

The 24-year-old attacker has been on the books of Leeds since the summer of 2016 when he joined from Oxford United for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3 million.
