Leeds United fans are calling on the English Football League to issue Tom Bradshaw a retrospective ban.

The Millwall striker won a controversial penalty for his side in Saturday’s 2-1 win over United at The Den.

In doing so, Leeds defender Gaetano Berardi was also sent off, but replays indicate that the Swiss star made no contact with Bradshaw.

Back in April, the Whites’ striker Patrick Bamford was slapped with a two-match suspension for his theatrics in an incident with Aston Villa’s Anwar El Ghazi, whose red card that day was rescinded.

And Leeds supporters have implored the EFL to reverse Berardi’s suspension and slap it on Bradshaw.

Here’s how they reacted to the incident:

Bradshaw might not get banned, but the panel should certainly study the decision to send off the Leeds defender.

Nine times out of 10, Berardi will have deserved any red card that comes his way, but on this occasion he looks genuinely innocent.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side slipped to fifth in the Championship yesterday, but sit just two points behind top-of-the-table West Brom.
