Leeds face Aston Villa at Elland Road on Friday night.

Leeds United manager Thomas Christiansen has a number of selection headaches to sort out ahead of Friday night’s clash against Aston Villa – but fans have given him advice on one of those by saying Caleb Ekuban should start.
The Spanish manager will not be welcoming back striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga, but midfielders Eunan O’Kane and Ronaldo Vieira could both feature, with the latter suspended for his red card at league leaders Wolves last week.
Lasogga, 25, is expected to return to training next week, leaving Christiansen with the choice of two strikers to field against Steve Bruce’s Villa. Summer signing Ekuban, or versatile attacker Kemar Roofe.
Roofe has been in superb form for the Yorkshire giants and will be desperate to get one over Villa after coming through the ranks at Midlands rivals West Brom, but Ekuban offers more of a focal point and looked sharp against Barnsley.
Christiansen must also sort out who he plays in midfield, but his choice of striker is likely to prove a more difficult situation as he looks to give Leeds the best chance of three points and firing themselves into promotion contention once again.
Leeds fans have looked to help the former APOEL Nicosia manager on Twitter by stating their desire to see 23-year-old Ekuban start, who is known for his explosive power and strength as well as his blistering speed.
