The Whites goalkeeper has played a key role in Marcelo Bielsa’s side this season as they seek promotion from the Championship.

Leeds United's Bailey Peacock-Farrell warms up during the Sky Bet Championship match between Leeds United and Millwall at Elland Road on March 30, 2019 in Leeds, England.

We are now well and truly in the business end of the Championship season, where the fate of the teams seeking to go up into the Premier League will be decided once and for all.

Leeds United are currently second in the table with five games to go, but Sheffield United are snapping at their heels just one point behind.

Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion are nine points behind the Whites with 15 to play for and, even though their form has taken a tumble, they cannot be discounted completely.

With margins so tight, it could come down to minute decisions, and likewise, things that have happened earlier in the season could also end up playing a big role.

Back in November, Leeds goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell kept out Marc McNulty’s 89th-minute penalty to help Marcelo Bielsa’s side to a 1-0 win over Reading.

Ahead of Saturday’s Championship encounter with Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday, the Northern Ireland international shared a screenshot of his Instagram story on his Twitter feed:

Some Leeds fans responded to him on the social media platform, praising the emotional, inspiring message and also thanking him for his efforts during the season:
