Leeds United are reportedly set to sign midfielder Mateusz Bogusz.

Leeds United have already tied up one January signing in Real Madrid goalkeeper Kiko Casilla, and a second could be coming imminently.

Whilst fans are hoping for signings to get Leeds over the line and into the Premier League, the Whites may actually be signing another youngster.

Polish midfielder Mateusz Bogusz has been linked with Leeds for a few weeks now, and he looks set to join compatriot Mateusz Klich at Elland Road.

Bogusz’s club Ruch Chorzow confirmed yesterday that they have received an offer from Leeds for Bogusz’s services, with a move now edging closer and closer.

Bogusz, 17, has impressed this season with five goals and one assist in 19 games, and Leeds fans should prepare themselves for some stunning goals.

Scouting Polska uploaded a video to Twitter earlier this season of some of Bogusz’s goals, with many of them stunning long-range screamers.

That kind of threat from midfield is always handy to have, and it’s all the more exciting coming from a 17-year-old prospect.

Leeds fans should gear up for some amazing long-range goals from Bogusz, and if he can score from distance as he has in Poland, he will become an Elland Road hero.
