Leeds United pair Tom Pearce and Ronaldo Vieira were part of the England side that clinched the Toulon Tournament trophy.

A number of Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to congratulate Tom Pearce after he was part of the England side that came out victorious in this year’s Toulon Tournament – while the photo the young left-back posted on social media in the wake of the final also got the Elland Road faithful talking.
The Three Lions made it three wins on the bounce in the competition, as they came from behind to beat Mexico 2-1 on Saturday. Middlesbrough’s Dael Fry and Kieran Dowell of Everton scored the goals to pull off the turnaround that allowed Lewis Cook to lift the trophy.

Pearce did not get onto the field in the final, but there was a Leeds player out on the pitch in the final with Ronaldo Vieira starting alongside former Whites midfielder Lewis Cook in the middle of the park.

And after an extremely bright spell in the side, the starlet committed his future to the club by signing a new contract earlier this week.
In the wake of the final victory, Leeds chairman Andrea Radrizzani praised both Pearce and Vieira, while several Whites fans had plenty to say about the photo of the pair alongside Cook.
