Leeds United fans react on Twitter to what was being sung about them at Norwich City

Some Whites fans following the Canaries’ win over Birmingham picked up on some chants about their club at Carrow Road. Here is how they reacted.

The Championship title race continues to deliver twists and turns as Norwich City have put the pressure on Leeds United thanks to their 3-1 win over Birmingham City on Friday night.

The Canaries regained second spot in the table with their first win in five league games, and now sit just one point behind the first-placed Whites, who head to Stoke City on Saturday.

All goals at Carrow Road came in the space of just 12 minutes in the first half, with Teemu Pukki netting Norwich’s opener, Che Adams levelling for Birmingham a minute later.

Mario Vrancic and Tom Trybull then restored and extended the Canaries’ lead respectively and the rest of the game passed without further goals, making it a satisfactory evening’s work for Daniel Farke and co.

Now attention turns to Leeds, who will be hoping to restore some distance between themselves and the chasing pack snapping at their heels.

During the Norwich game, some Whites fans picked up on what was apparently being chanted at the ground, namely “we all hate Leeds scum”.
