The Leeds United forward is hoping to cement a place in the Whites starting XI under Elland Road boss Marcelo Bielsa.

A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to comment on a video clip from Thorp Arch showing Tyler Roberts scoring a wondergoal on the training pitch.
The video shows a ball fizzing along the ground, which the Whites forward tees up, then from just outside the D, lets rip with a tremendous left-footed shot which finds the top-right corner of the net, prompting gasps from his fellow Elland Road teammates.
“Top bin”, declared the Leeds Twitter channel in emoji form as it proudly showed off Roberts’ effort, and plenty of Elland Road faithful called for more of the same from the Wales international on Saturday:
Roberts has been eased into first-team action after missing the beginning of the 2019-20 season through injury, but made his first start at the weekend in the Elland Road game over QPR, scoring the opener en route to Marcelo Bielsa’s side running out 2-0 winners.
Given Leeds continue to have issues up front, with too many chances being spurned, everyone at Elland Road will be hoping the 20-year-old can continue building fitness and form, cement a first-team place, and chip in with his fair share of goals for the side.
