The Leeds United winger went from major doubt to star man at the weekend.

When Leeds United winger limped out of Northern Ireland’s World Cup play-off first leg against Switzerland last week, the prospect of him starting the reverse clash was slim to say the least. But the Whites player did just that, delivering an outstanding performance that deserved so much more than the heartbreak of elimination.
Dallas is highly regarded among Leeds fans, with many questioning his lack of starts under current manager Thomas Christiansen and, on Sunday’s evidence, the Whites gaffer will struggle not to include him when the domestic action returns next weekend.

Dallas was sensational for Northern Ireland as they tried to claw back a 1-0 deficit from the first leg and, while that ultimately proved beyond them, it should take nothing away from the team performance or the individual fight shown on the night.
Leeds have struggled for weeks now, with too many of their summer signings flattering to deceive, and Dallas deserves to be starting in his preferred position ahead of the likes of Ezgjan Alioski.

The 26-year-old has managed just two 90-minute appearances for Leeds in the Championship and he did not get off the bench for their recent 2-1 defeat to Brentford.
