The rumoured Leeds United target is said to have an asking price of around £23 million.

Leeds United fans are reacting to reports the Whites have bid for a Serie A striker.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Leeds have offered £15 million (around £13.7m) to SPAL for Andrea Petagna.
But the Italian website claims that SPAL – who paid €10m (around £9.1m) to sign Petagna permanently from Atalanta earlier this summer – are continuing to demand £25m (around £22.8m) for the once-capped Italy international.
That said, local outlets such as Leeds Live have already poured cold water on the rumour, with that particular website citing the club’s financial situation and reiterating comments made to them by Victor Orta earlier this month, in which the Whites director of football said the club’s business was 90 per cent complete.
But that hasn’t quelled the excitement of some Leeds supporters who continue to hope that their side will strengthen in front of goal.
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
If there’s any truth in these Petagna rumours, then i think we should just pay the 20m Euros. 16 goals for a **** Serie A team seem decent #LUFC
I hadn’t heard of Andrea Petagna until roughly 7minutes ago but am convinced he’s the 30 goal a season turbo ******* to fire us to the Premiership. Lovely stuff. #lufc
The Guardian reported at the end of last season that Leicester City were preparing their own bid of €20m (around £18.2m) for Petagna, who scored 16 league goals last season, and for whom the newspaper added that a deal could not be agreed with Neil Warnock’s Cardiff City in January.
