Aston Villa are being strongly linked with a move for the Leeds United midfielder.

Leeds United fans are reacting to reports linking three Aston Villa players with moves to Elland Road.
Teamtalk reports that Villa are readying a final take-it-or-leave-it offer for the Leeds midfielder, Kalvin Phillips, with the Whites offered their pick of the Villans trio, Conor Hourihane, Henri Lansbury and James Bree.
The website claims Aston Villa have already seen an £11 million offer rejected by the Championship club, who still hope to reach an agreement with Phillips regarding a new contract.
And with Hourihane having signed a new contract at Villa Park as recently as last weekend, this latest rumour is perhaps best taken with a pinch of salt.
Several of a Leeds persuasion appear to agree, while some of them do not seem keen on the deal reportedly being proposed, either way…
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
**** me I wouldn’t take bree and Lansbury if u offered them for free . Hourihane can come only if u give us 30 million #lufc #avfc
Hourihane played more regular-season games (46) than any of his Aston Villa colleagues last term, but Lansbury – who like both the Irishman and Phillips is a central midfielder – and Bree – a right-back – appeared in just 11 between them.
Leeds fans – would Hourihane, Lansbury or Bree be worth sacrificing Phillips for?
