Leeds United youngsters drew with their Nottingham Forest counterparts at the City Ground on Friday.

The Leeds United Under-23 side played out a 1-1 draw with their Nottingham Forest counterparts at the City Ground on Friday afternoon.
Leeds took the lead as early as the seventh minute when midfielder Oriol Rey scored a sensational volley.
Virgil Gomis restored parity for the City Ground outfit five minutes into the second half.
The goal from Rey was stunning and out of this world, and Leeds fans were hugely impressed with his strike and with his performance, as the following comments on Twitter show.

Rey, who is only 19 years of age, joined Leeds in the summer transfer window after leaving Barcelona.
The youngster is part of the Whites’ developmental squad at the moment and still has some way to go before he can stake a place in the first team.
However, if the midfielder continues to perform like he did against the Forest Under-23 side and scores such sensational goals, then first-team head coach Thomas Christiansen could be forced to take a look at him.
