It is a case of deja vu for Leeds United supporters because they are witnessing the same problems this season that played a part in their failure to finish in the automatic places last term.

Leeds supporters are beginning to get fed up in hearing the same sort of comments from their manager Marcelo Bielsa following their 2-1 defeat to Millwall over the weekend.

The Whites, who were reduced to 10-men after 14 minutes when Gaetano Berardi was shown a red card for a foul in the penalty area, dropped valuable points in their race to finish in the automatic places.

After the game, Bielsa told Leeds Live that despite his team being down to 10 men for large parts of the game, they were the better side.

They are comments that haven’t gone down well with the Leeds faithful because it is a story that they are hearing again and again.

Since the start of last season, Leeds have dominated many opponents, but then they find themselves in a situation where they are unable to make the dominance count when looking over at the scoreline.

Leeds fans feel that the same is happening again, and happened again at the Den, as they expressed their frustration at losing against a managerless team.

There are some fans who are calling for Bielsa to change things up a little and not be loyal to certain players who need to be dropped to the bench.

Nonetheless, Leeds will be hoping that this bad habit they have fallen into doesn’t follow them into the latter stages of the season because it could prove to be costly.
