Leeds United were ultimately knocked off top spot in the Championship after drawing against the Owls on Friday night.

Despite not getting back to winning ways, Leeds have begun to get some momentum back after a fantastic display away at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday night which saw the Whites end up perhaps unlucky to only come away with a point.
Screamers from Adam Reach and Mateusz Klich ensured that the game was drawn. It was generally a positive night for Marcelo Bielsa’s men off the back of their first league defeat of the campaign.
There were a number of extremely impressive performances. But it appears that the fans are extremely divided in regards of what they made of Jack Harrison’s display against the Owls.
Harrison has been one of the major beneficiaries of the number of injuries that Bielsa has had to deal with already this season, as he has featured regularly since Pablo Hernandez was sidelined. And Leeds supporters have arguably already seen both sides of the Manchester City youngster.

He has been frustrating – as wingers often are given how their task is provide a moment of magic to set up chances – but against Preston North End, the winger was sublime. And it appears that his performance against Wednesday could fit into either category depending on which fan you speak to.
Harrison looked extremely bright when running with the ball and caused Wednesday a number of problems, but there were perhaps some occasions when he made the wrong decision when it came to crossing or passing the ball to a teammate. In particular, there was one opportunity to slide Samuel Saiz in on the edge of the area in the latter stages, but Harrison decided to fire the ball towards the back post.

It looked as though it may have been a shot that Harrison took on with the knowledge that Gjanni Alioski was following in to potentially deflect on the way. But the opportunity came to nothing – Alioski was offside – and Saiz’s frustration was abundantly clear.
Nevertheless, the majority of supporters appear to have been incredibly impressed with Harrison’s performance on an encouraging night for the Whites. There were some concerns and criticism, but plenty are delighted with the deal to loan him in the summer.
Here is the best of the reaction…
