Caleb Ekuban is likely leaving Leeds United this summer.

It looks like Caleb Ekuban’s Leeds United career is done.
The Italy-born striker in on loan at Trabzonspor from Leeds after being deemed surplus to requirements last summer.
Ekuban has impressed in Turkey’s top flight and his agent confirmed to Tuttomercatoweb on Monday that Trabzonspor will take up their option to sign him on a permanent basis.
The 25-year-old moved to Elland Road in the summer of 2017 but despite a disappointing first season on the goal front, Ekuban, who netted twice in 21 outings, did win some fans due to his attitude and work ethic on the field.
Here is how some Leeds supporters reacted to the development:
Ekuban has only managed five goals in 23 games for the Turkish giants this season, though he hasn’t been operating as a traditional number nine.
He also seems a popular figure among Trabzonspor fans, so many of those will be delighted to see him there next season and potentially beyond.
Fotomac reported in February that Leeds will only get around €1 million – or £865,000 – for him.
