Some Leeds United fans were not impressed with Stuart Dallas’ display in their latest Championship game.

A number of Leeds fans have taken to social media to suggest that now is the time for Marcelo Bielsa to give up on the idea of using Stuart Dallas at left-back following his performance against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Since Barry Douglas picked up an injury earlier in the month, Dallas has seemingly become Bielsa’s first-choice, with the likes of Tom Pearce and Gjanni Alioski also filling in.
Unfortunately, his struggles to cope with Blackburn’s attack last weekend prompted Bielsa to swap the Northern Irishman and Gaetano Berardi around. But he was given another chance on the left against Forest.
It was his mistake that allowed Jack Robinson to break the deadlock during the first-half and he seemed to struggle before being switched to the right after Luke Ayling had to be taken off.

Dallas was much better on his natural side while both Pearce and Alioski did well in their respective stints at left-back. And that has prompted a number of fans to implore Bielsa to not use Dallas in that role any longer.
Only a few appear to actually be critical of Dallas – who joined for £1.3 million in 2015, according to Sky Sports – but many are convinced that he is not the right man to use on the left-hand side of the defence in Douglas’ absence given the other options available.
