Leeds United are reportedly interested in a loan deal for Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Helder Costa.

A number of Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports emerging from the Yorkshire Evening Post this week which suggested that the Whites are interested in loaning Helder Costa from Wolves this summer.
Despite getting what will surely be looked back upon as one of their most important pieces of business of the summer already done – with Marcelo Bielsa committing to another year at Elland Road – the fans are starting to become impatient with the lack of transfer activity.
But it appears that the Whites are stepping things up. The Yorkshire Evening Post reports that Leeds now want Costa on loan with Bielsa keen to bolster his options out on the wing.
Costa did not manage to make much of an impact in Wolves’ first season back in the Premier League. But he was superb during his first year in the Championship, and ultimately scored 15 goals and contributed 14 assists during his two campaigns in the second tier.

And the news that Leeds reportedly want the Portuguese has gone down extremely well amongst the Whites fans on social media. There is definitely a sense that he is the kind of player that could be extremely dangerous under Bielsa.
Leeds’ use of the loan market seemed to prove costly this past season. But there are plenty of supporters who believe that pursuing a loan deal for Costa would be a fantastic statement of intent as Bielsa’s men look to go one better this coming season.

Here is how some of the fans have reacted to the reports…
