Leeds United’s under-23 side won their league title on Monday night, but some fans were not impressed with one player.

A number of Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Izzy Brown’s performance during the under-23 win that clinched the Professional Development League North title for Carlos Corberan’s side on Monday night.
Two goals from Ryan Edmondson ensured that the Whites bagged the 2-0 win against Colchester that wrapped up the title with Burnley losing earlier in the day.
With the amount of talent within Corberan’s squad, Monday has the potential to go down as a famous night in the club’s history with several players surely destined for the first-team in the coming months and years.
One player however, who would have been hoping to play a bigger role within the senior side is Brown. The attacking midfielder has been back playing for a while having missed a large portion of the season as he recovered from a long-term injury sustained before he arrived at Elland Road.

Brown has managed to register one touch for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, having only been brought off the bench on one occasion in the Championship. Bielsa’s preference to stay loyal to those currently in the squad has forced the youngster to play almost all of his football for the under-23s.
And based on the reaction to his performance against Colchester, it appears that many of the supporters back Bielsa’s decision to barely use Brown.

The Chelsea-owned ace showed glimpses of his quality with some nice touches, but some fans felt that he did not do enough to show the first-team boss why he could have a role to play in the final eight games of the Championship season.
And some were even more critical of the forward’s display.
Here is some of the reaction to Brown’s performance…
