Cellino has presided over a disappointing three years at Leeds, although the club registered their first Championship win of the season this past weekend.
The reports come just a fortnight after The BBC reported Italian investor Andrea Radrizzani is looking into buying a major stake at Leeds United.

While neither report have explicitly stated Cellino would be exiting Leeds, his financial investment since 2014 does not suggest he would be able to successfully operate two clubs in two different countries simultaneously.
Leeds fans welcomed the reports, which backed up whispers change could be on the horizon, and unsurprisingly those vocal on Twitter are keen that Cellino acts on his reported desire to return to Italy.
