Leeds United are among the clubs credited with interest in the out-of-contract Barnsley full-back.

Leeds United fans are happy to have swerved the signing of Barnsley’s Andy Yiadom, who according to the Yorkshire Evening Post is bound for Reading.
The newspaper claims that despite their interest, Leeds failed to make an approach for the player, who was brought to Oakwell by Whites boss Paul Heckingbottom.
The versatile right-back is said to have featured on the radar of several Premier League clubs this past campaign, and would be a good addition for most Championship ones on paper.

But as the following Leeds supporters point out, the Whites are one of the exceptions, with Luke Ayling, Gateano Berardi and Lewis Coyle among their many options in Yiadom’s position.
Here’s what they’re saying on Twitter about the Ghana international’s supposedly imminent Reading move…
Yiadom is not the only free agent said to have interested Leeds ahead of the summer transfer window, with Hull City’s Abel Hernandez being the latest.
Should Leeds lose sleep over Reading’s potential Yiadom deal?
