Brown was part of the Leeds second string that lost to Sheffield Wednesday.

Leeds United’s Under-23 side suffered a first defeat of 2019 to a strong Sheffield Wednesday side on Tuesday – and fans are worried after it was claimed Izzy Brown suffered a slight knock to his back.
Brown, 22, finally made the bench for the first time on Saturday as Leeds drew 1-1 against Middlesbrough. The Chelsea loanee did not come on, as he continues his recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
The former Huddersfield and Brighton loanee turned out for Leeds’ Under-23 side once again on Monday, as Sheffield Wednesday earned a 1-0 win thanks to Alex Hunt’s goal.
Wednesday included first-teamers Joost van Aken, Sam Winnall and Daniel Pudil all started the match for the Owls, as Wednesday surprised Leeds. The Whites are top of the Professional Development League, while Wednesday are ninth.

Yorkshire Evening Post claimed in their live blog coverage of the match (40 minutes) that Brown had suffered a knee to the back. At half-time, they stated that although he was expected to come off anyway, that blow made the change certain.
Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed in his Tuesday press conference that Brown will be a part of the 18-man squad to take on Swansea City on Wednesday evening – but Leeds fans are worried that Brown has suffered another injury.
