Leeds United remain one place and one point above Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship table.

Leeds fans have hit back at Garry Monk after he claimed that Sheffield Wednesday ‘deserved to win’ the Yorkshire derby on Saturday afternoon.
The early kick-off at Hillsborough ended up finishing goalless, with the Championship affair between the two rivals full of action and drama.
After the game, Monk suggested that his team ‘deserved’ more from the game, as both promotion hopefuls walked away with a point each, as quoted by The Star.
But Leeds fans weren’t happy with Monk’s comments as they felt that a draw was a fair result in the end.
Whilst the stats don’t tell the full picture, in the game itself, Leeds had more possession 57%, whilst the home team had more shots on goal (11) to Leeds United’s (9).

Added with that, Wednesday forced four saves from Leeds goalkeeper Kiko Casilla, whilst Keiran Westwood saved three.
In terms of corners, Monk’s side forced five corners to their rivals four, but in the grand scheme of things, it was a very feisty affair all round.
Leeds are sitting third in the table – two points off leaders West Brom, who were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Charlton, but they are only out of the automatic places on goal difference.
