Leeds United face Middlesbrough and former manager Garry Monk on Sunday afternoon.

Leeds United take on former manager Garry Monk and his free-spending Middlesbrough side on Sunday afternoon at Elland Road – and fans have called on Thomas Christiansen to start Kemar Roofe.
Roofe, 24, came on as a substitute in the 3-1 loss to Brenford, replacing Pierre-Michel Lasogga and the tactical switch from a target man to a quicker, more agile forward seemed to do the trick.
Roofe’s presence helped Leeds turn the game on its head and equalise through Ezgjan Alioski, but Christiansen then opted to use a target man later in the game through Jay-Roy Grot, and Brentford scored two late goals.

Despite only starting 11 of his 16 league and cup appearances this season, former Oxford United attacker Roofe has still managed to score six goals this season as well as adding three assists.
Roofe was signed by the Yorkshire giants as one of Monk’s summer recruits during his first transfer window as Leeds boss in July 2016.
Leeds fans took to Twitter in an attempt to convince Christiansen that Roofe must start against Monk’s Middlesbrough, as the Whites look to end a dismal run of seven defeats in their last eight outings.
One fan even took it upon himself to tweet Christiansen directly, urging the Leeds boss to “get the Roofe on fire”. But fans are disagreed on how to include him, with some saying start him up front instead of Lasogga or partnering the Hamburg loanee.
