The Whites manager spoke after his side beat the Baggies 4-0 on Friday night.

Leeds United surged back to the top of the Championship table thanks to a superb 4-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at Elland Road on Friday night.
The Whites got off to the ideal start against the Baggies when they claimed possession from the visitors’ kickoff and worked the ball to Pablo Hernandez, who rifled home from long range after less than 20 seconds played.
Marcelo Bielsa’s charges then doubled their lead just before the half-hour mark when Patrick Bamford showed great composure to slot past Sam Johnstone after latching onto a through-ball from former WBA forward Tyler Roberts.
The hosts, who had lost 4-1 away at the Baggies in the reverse league fixture and were seeking to bounce back from a midweek loss to QPR, then extended their lead further on 64 minutes through Bamford, before Ezgjan Alioski wrapped up the scoring in injury time.
Speaking after the game to the official Leeds website, Bielsa elaborated on what he deemed the most important thing in the match, namely the attitude, behaviour, state of mind and efforts made by the whole team, before describing it as “an exclusive win of the players”.

“A win is based on such a consistent effort from the whole team and this is the responsibility of the players. This is the first time in this competition that I have made such an affirmation,” he added, before paying tribute to the fans and the synergy between them and the players.
“The fans responded all of the time to the efforts made by the players, we didn’t have one single minute where the fans didn’t respond to the efforts made by the players,” said Bielsa.
Leeds are back on top of the table on 67 points and the pressure is now on Norwich City and Sheffield United ahead of their 35th matchday games against Millwall (Saturday) and Sheffield United (Monday) respectively.
