Wolves are bringing in two Singapore internationals, previously scheduled for a Leeds trial.

Wolves are in pole position to sign two Singapore internationals who had been tipped for Leeds United.
The Straits Times, which first reported Andrea Radrizzani’s confirmed plan to buy Leeds in 2016, reported last December that Irkan and Ikshan Fandi were set to go on trial with the Whites.
The plan was for the pair to head to Leeds’ Thorp Arch with a view to earning a deal once their mandatory national service was over.

Now it appears to be Wolves who are frontrunners to sign the pair.

The Express and Star report the Fandi brothers are heading to Wolves’ training base next month for trials.
Aged 20 and 19, the pair are already Singapore internationals and older brother Irfan has been compared to Manchester City’s John Stones by ex-Wolves stopper John Burridge, who is coaching out in the country.
The Fandi brothers have already reportedly met with Jorge Mendes and Wolves boss Nuno Santo, who have advised them how to prepare for the trial.
Leeds United appear to be out of the running at this stage, and time will tell whether they regret missing out or not.
