Leeds United and West Bromwich Albion are among the clubs who have held talks with Ryan Fraser, according to 90min.

Fraser is a free agent at the moment, having left Bournemouth earlier this summer.

Leeds and West Brom – who have won automatic promotion to the Premier League for the 2020-21 campaign – have held discussions with the 26-year-old winger, and so have Fulham and Crystal Palace, according to the report.

However, according to the report, no offers have come from the Whites, the Baggies, the Cottagers or the Eagles, and Newcastle United believe that they are leading the race for the Scotland international winger.

Stats

Fraser had been on the books of Bournemouth since 2013 and did well for the Cherries, as the club came through the divisions to establish themselves in the Premier League before getting relegated to the Championship at the end of last season.

According to WhoScored, the Scotland international winger made 21 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Cherries last season, scoring one goal and providing four assists in the process.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the winger – described by then Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe as “an incredible talent” on BBC Sport in February 2020– made 35 starts and three substitute appearances in the league for the Cherries, scoring seven goals and providing 14 assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
