Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds will take on Middlesbrough away from home at the Riverside Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

The 25-year-old forward joined Leeds from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2018 for an initial transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £7 million.

Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa has suggested to Leeds Live that the former England Under-21 international could start against Boro.

Ahead of the match, Bamford has said, as quoted by The Mirror, that he owes Leeds fans three goals and has respect for his former club Middlesbrough.

While Leeds are second in the Championship table at the moment, Tony Pulis’s Boro currently find themselves fifth in the standings.
