Liverpool’s Ovie Ejaria could be moving on to Brentford.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Brentford are interested in signing Liverpool talent Ovie Ejaria in a deal worth around £3.5million.
The Bees have been busy this summer, landing David Raya, Pontus Jansson, Ethan Pinnock, Mathias Jensen and Christian Norgaard to bolster Thomas Frank’s side.
Now, it’s believed that they’re launching a big move for Ejaria, who spent last season on loan at Rangers and Reading before returning to Anfield.
The 21-year-old is from London and may fancy a return to the capital, but any move to Griffin Park would surely mean Romaine Sawyers is on his way.
As a creative yet languid playmaker, Ejaria fits the bill perfectly as a replacement for Sawyers, whilst coming in at six years his junior; a very Brentford move.
Brentford surely wouldn’t go for a similar player unless they thought Sawyers was going, and now is the time for Leeds and Celtic to ramp up their interest.

The Daily Record claim that both clubs want Sawyers, but they face missing out as Sky Sports report that West Bromwich Albion are in talks about bringing him back to The Hawthorns.
With Brentford already looking to spend the expected Sawyers money on Ejaria, it’s the perfect time for Leeds and Celtic to make their moves for St Kitts and Nevis international Sawyers – and then leave it up to the player to decide his future.
