Marcelo Bielsa’s Whites have five Championship fixtures left this season.

Leeds United forward Tyler Roberts has made it clear that the Whites are going for victory in each of their five remaining Championship fixtures this season.
The Whites currently sit second in the table, having leapfrogged Sheffield United on Tuesday night with their 2-0 win at Preston North End.
On Wednesday, the Blades were held to a 1-1 draw by Birmingham City to stop them from returning into the Championship’s automatic promotion places.
Fate is therefore in the hands of Marcelo Bielsa and his charges going into the business end of the season but Roberts’s comments showed that absolutely nothing is being taken for granted.
“We’ve got five games to go and we have to win our five games and that is the end of it,” Roberts, who has contributed to eight league goals this season (Transfermarkt), is quoted by the official Leeds website as saying.
“Of course the Championship has a lot of twists and turns and any team can beat anyone, but we have five games and the way we are setting out to go about these games is to win five games.”

Leeds have shown this season that that can play both exciting, destructive football and also grind out victories, but unfortunately they have fallen prey to negative results on a number of occasions.
By making it clear the Whites are going all out pedal to the metal, the content and the general tone of the £2.5million (YEP) man’s comments will be music to the Elland Road faithful’s ears, testament to a side determined to stop at nothing to achieve their ultimate goal.
