West Bromwich Albion thrashed Leeds United 4-1 on Saturday.

Leeds forward Pablo Hernandez spoke to reporters in the aftermath of his side’s 4-1 defeat at West Brom on Saturday, and labelled the performance as their worst of the season so far, as quoted by the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The Whites now sit in third spot in the Championship table, three points adrift of league leaders Norwich City, and they have been far from their best in recent weeks.
Marcelo Bielsa has undoubtedly overseen real improvements at Elland Road, but one thing that his side have lacked in particular is a certain level of consistency.
Leeds will have to bounce back and embark on a winning run sooner rather than later, if they are to keep alive their dreams of automatic promotion.
Hernandez spoke to reporters after his side’s heavy defeat to West Brom, and suggested that it was their worst performance of the season so far, as quoted by the Yorkshire Evening Post:

“We didn’t have a good day and we lost. But two weeks ago we knew we were not the best team in the world and now we know we are not the worst team. This is football. Sometimes you have good days, sometimes you have bad days and this was a bad day for us. But this loss does not change our mentality. I think this team has always shown a good spirit. Today was maybe the worst game in our season but we need to continue with the same style and with the same mentality.”
Next up for Leeds is a home game against Bristol City on November 24th, and Bielsa’s men will be desperate to bounce back from Saturday’s defeat with a victory at Elland Road.
