Cardiff City’s Lee Peltier (L) in action with Sheffield Wednesday’s Lucas Joao
This week saw Cardiff City appoint Neil Warnock as their new manager – taking over from the sacked Paul Trollope.
The Bluebirds are struggling at the wrong end of the Championship table after a poor start to the season and the Welsh club have decided to give the veteran manager a chance of turning around their fortunes – after he worked magic at Rotherham United last season.
Warnock is a divisive manager and many a player at Cardiff will be fearing his arrival.
One will likely be pleased he has joined the club.

Lee Peltier was a summer signing for Warnock at Leeds United in 2012. He went on to become a regular at Elland Road under the guidance of Warnock.
Then, as Warnock told the Independent, Peltier joined Nottingham Forest on loan in March 2014 thinking that Warnock was set to get the job at the City Ground.
But the deal never went through and Peltier did not get the chance to work with Warnock again.
Now he does at the Cardiff City Stadium and Peltier will likely remain a regular in the Welsh capital.
