Rangers are interested in signing Jordan Jones, according to Sky Sports.
It has been reported that Jones will have a medical at Rangers before signing a pre-contract agreement with Steven Gerrard’s side.
Jones is out of contract at Kilmarnock at the end of the season and is free to sign a pre-contract with the Gers.
The 24-year-old is one of the best players in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure at Kilmarnock.
According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, the Northern Ireland international winger has scored two goals and provided four assists in 19 Scottish Premiership appearances for Kilmarnock so far this season.
Lee McCulloch played for both Rangers and Kilmarnock, and the former Scotland international and Ibrox captain believes that Jones will be a very good signing for Rangers.

McCulloch said about Jones on Sky Sports News on Friday morning (11:16am, January 4, 2019): “Another fantastic signing, in my opinion.
“He has got pace, he has still got youth, he can take a man on, he can create goals, he has just started scoring goals just at the end of the first part of the season.
“To get him for free on a pre-contract is great business from the Rangers management team.”
According to Sky Sports, Dundee midfielder Glen Kamara will also have a medical at Rangers and sign a pre-contract agreement with the Gers.
The report has also claimed that Jermain Defoe is set to join Rangers on an 18-month loan deal from Bournemouth.
