Joe Aribo is a player in demand, with Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers, Neil Lennon’s Celtic and Aston Villa among the clubs reportedly interested in the Charlton Athletic midfielder.
According to The Independent, Rangers, Celtic, Southampton and Eintracht Frankfurt all are interested in signing Aribo, who is out of contract at Charlton this summer.
The Sun has claimed that Villa, who will face Derby County in the Championship playoff final at Wembley Stadium in London on Monday afternoon, are leading the race for the 22-year-old midfielder.
A recent report in South London Press claimed that Aribo looks certain to leave Charlton this summer, having not started talks over a new contract yet.
Charlton manager Lee Bowyer is hopeful that the 22-year-old will sign a new contract and stay at The Valley now that the cub have secured promotion to the Championship.

On Sunday afternoon, the Addicks won 2-1 against Sunderland in the League One playoff final at Wembley Stadium in London and will feature in the second tier of English football next season.
The Sunday Post quotes Bowyer as saying: “And Joe Aribo, I’m hoping he will now sign, and that he stays and keeps learning.”
