Tottenham Hotspur are currently unbeaten in Premier League action so far this season.

Ledley King has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show, which was broadcast on 18th October, that he would rather see Tottenham Hotspur win the Champions League than the Premier League this season.
Tottenham are competing in both European and domestic action this term, and they have a gruelling schedule to get through.
King believes it is the Premier League which should take priority for Spurs, though, as he would rather see his former side come out on top in England’s top flight.

“I’d rather win the Premier League. I think most Spurs fans would rather win the Premier League,” he said.
Tottenham are currently in third place in the Premier League table, and they are lodged just one point behind league leaders Manchester City.
Spurs are the only unbeaten team in the Premier League to date, and King believes that the Lilywhites will be able to continue their good form.
“I believe so,” King said, when asked if Spurs could win the title this season. “The consistency in the team have shown is good to see.

“The Spurs fans wanted to see if they could build on what they built last season and bring it into this season. I don’t see any reason why they shouldn’t be challenging for the end of the season.”
Despite King’s desire to see Spurs win the Premier League, Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s focus at this moment in time will be on their European commitments.
Spurs take on Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League tonight, knowing that if they can pick up three points they will be in a strong position to qualify for the knockout stages.
