Ledley King has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at seeing Erik Lamela in action against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon.

Lamela featured for Tottenham in the Premier League game against Stoke City at the Wembley Stadium in London.

The Argentina international, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, did not start the match, but he came on as a substitute in the 67th minute.

Spurs got the better of Stoke 5-1 at home and are back on track for a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.
