Lamela has been in excellent form of late for Spurs.

Ledley King has heaped praise on Tottenham Hotspur star Erik Lamela on Twitter as the attacker continues his excellent form this season, arguably his best in a Spurs shirt.
The 26-year-old has been involved in 11 goals in his last 12 league and cup appearances, scoring seven himself including Spurs’ first on Saturday evening as they beat newly-promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home.
The Argentine has even been recalled to the national squad after goals against the likes of Liverpool, West Ham United and Barcelona this season. He has found the back of the net seven times himself.
Former Spurs captain King has been impressed by Lamela, who has seemingly returned to his best after undergoing double hip surgery towards the end of 2016.
The former Roma attacker first joined Spurs way back in the summer of 2013 for a fee believed to be in the region of £30million, under Andre Villas Boas.
He has since clocked up 165 appearances in all competitions for the north Londoners and he is set to add to that impressive tally, with his contract at Tottenham expiring in just under four years’ time.
