Ledley King and David Ginola expressed their delight on Twitter after Tottenham Hotspur produced one of the most stunning comebacks in Champions League history.

On Tuesday night, Liverpool overturned a three-goal deficit to beat Barcelona and now Spurs did the same in their own way as they knocked Ajax out of the Champions League to book their place in the final with the Reds.

After the match, club legends Ginola and King took to their personal Twitter accounts to react to Spurs reaching the final in such as stunning fashion.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side were 2-0 down at half-time (3-0 on aggregate), but in the second-half Lucas Moura netted a stunning hat-trick to seal another remarkable night in Europe.

It now means that the European final will be an all English affair as Spurs have the chance to win their first CL trophy, whilst Liverpool will be aiming for their sixth.

Either way, if the drama of the semi-finals showcases itself in the final then supporters will be in for one of the great European nights.
