Tottenham Hotspur supporters have been reacting to Georges-Kevin N’Koudou’s cameo against APOEL Nicosia on Tuesday – and the winger should look away now.

The 22-year-old played the final 15 minutes in Cyprus, with Tottenham already 3-0 up against their Champions League Group H opponents, courtesy of Harry Kane’s hat-trick.

It was only his second outing this season, and based on the following responses, it could be his last for a while.

And some fans even thought wise to share their assessment with N’Koudou directly, after the Frenchman’s post about Kane on the social media website.

In fairness to N’Koudou, being given 15 minutes here and there – he only played 323 minutes last season, total – is always likely to stunt his development.

But given Tottenham’s lengthy list of absentees in Cyprus – Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli, Mousa Dembele and Erik Lamela all missing in N’Koudou’s half of the pitch – you have to wonder whether the 22-year-old will ever get the run of games he needs to flourish in north London.

Should N’Koudou be getting more games at Tottenham?
