Everton have been linked with a move for Genk winger Leandro Trossard.

Genk winger Leandro Trossard has emerged as a star in Belgium – and he may well be on the move in this summer’s transfer window.
Trossard, 24, has come up through the Genk ranks, and he’s played a key role in winning the Jupiler Pro League title this season – their first league title since 2011 and just the fourth in their history.
The winger has been sensational this season, notching 22 goals and 11 assists in 47 games, and he celebrated winning the title on Sunday afternoon after a 0-0 draw with Standard Liege.
However, Trossard spoke to Voetbal Krant after the game, and admitted that the stalemate may well have been his final game for Genk, believing the title celebrations may have been his farewell.
“There is a chance that this is my farewell, but nothing has been decided definitively so it is difficult to answer that now,” he added.
Trossard will have plenty of suitors, and Everton are likely to be at the front of the queue amid strong rumours that he’s a top target for Marcel Brands.

The Sunday Express (05/05, Sport pullout, p7) reported that Everton are confident that Trossard will join them ahead of Arsenal, with a £25million move believed to be in the pipeline.
Those comments will be of great interest to the Toffees then, and with the title sewn up and the season done, now may be the perfect time to strike a deal with Genk for their star winger.
