Should Charly Musonda, who was reportedly wanted by Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic in the summer transfer window, leave Chelsea for Tottenham Hotspur?

Musonda has been on the books of Chelsea since 2012, but the 21-year-old attacker is struggling to break into the first team and play on a regular basis.
The Belgium Under-21 international is a talented and versatile young player who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
Chelsea are not known to give young players chances, and the Belgian is going to find it hard to feature in Antonio Conte’s team as the season progresses.

Former Chelsea and England international defender Le Saux has suggested that Musonda should move to Tottenham if he wants to play regularly.
Spurs have given young and promising players chances in recent years, with Harry Kane, Harry Winks, Eric Dier and Dele Alli all playing important roles for manager Mauricio Pochettino.

“Unfortunately bringing youth through is not the Chelsea model at the moment,” Le Saux told The Daily Star about Musonda.
“And a string of very good players have moved on from the club and now play at the very highest level in the Premier League.
“Look at [Manchester City midfielder] Kevin De Bruyne and [Manchester United striker] Romelu Lukaku for two examples.
“The one club that does youth a chance is Tottenham. Maybe Musonda needs to move across London for his chance to shine?!”
Musonda was linked with a move from Chelsea to Celtic in the summer transfer window.
According to The Daily Record, Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic were preparing to make a £5 million move for the attacker.
Could the Glasgow giants return with an offer for the youngster in the January transfer window? Maybe…
