A video of a sensational goal from an 11-year-old is doing the rounds and he plays for West Brom.
The video shows a superb piece of skill before a shot from long range which flies into the corner of the goal leaving the goalkeeper with no chance. Even the youngster himself looks a bit surprised as he throws his arms into the air to celebrate.
The Baggies seem very keen to keep the identity of the youngster in question a secret and understandably so because he seems to have a lot of quality, along with the guts to try such audacious skills in the middle of a match.
It’s also understandable considering the Baggies have seen several key young players leave for bigger clubs in recent times; Isaiah Brown was snapped up by Chelsea while Liverpool have poached Jerome Sinclair and Yan Dhanda from the club.
Take a look at the skill and goal below. The footage comes from a training match at West Brom’s academy.
What do you think? Any idea who he is?
