
Tottenham fans reacted to a few of their supporters expressing their anger against Daniel Levy and Joe Lewis on Sunday.
Whilst life is indifferent for Spurs on the field, they are certainly making it worthwhile for themselves off the field of play.
After hosting Anthony Joshua’s heavyweight showdown against Oleksandr Usyk a few weeks ago, they welcomed the Atlanta Falcons and New York Jets for an NFL showdown yesterday.
And it seems as though a few supporters protested against the men running the club and how they are putting ‘profit before glory’.
Perhaps yesterday’s NFL game, and the recent boxing event, is a prime example of that.
But Spurs fans feel those voicing opinions will be heard and they don’t think it will make a difference.
Some even stated that those who still put money in the club, in whatever way, are only providing a helping hand to those who hold the power.
After watching a certain North East club being taken over by a Saudi-led group, which makes them the wealthiest club in the world, it would have no doubt frustrated those in North London more.
Not because they weren’t taken over by the Saudi’s, but how Newcastle have finally parted ways with Mike Ashley.
Yet, at this moment in time, they have to do with the hardly-seen Lewis and the man making the big calls in Levy.
