Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers signed Ryan Kent on loan from Liverpool in the summer of 2018.

According to The Scottish Sun, Liverpool value Rangers loanee Ryan Kent at £5 million.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard recently told The Scottish Sun that he wants to keep Kent at Ibrox next season.
The 22-year-old winger joined Rangers on a season-long loan deal from Premier League club Liverpool in the summer of 2018.
Positive for Rangers?
Back in March 2019, The Daily Record claimed that Liverpool were looking for between £8m and £10m for Kent.
With the latest report in The Scottish Sun stating that the Reds value the winger at £5m, it should encourage Rangers in their hopes to secure the services of the 22-year-old.

True, £5m does seem a lot of money, but if Rangers are to compete with bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title next season, then they have to invest in players such as Kent.
According to WhoScored, Kent has made 22 starts and two substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Rangers this season, scoring six goals in the process.
