Aston Villa assistant John Terry has revealed on his Instagram Live that Jack Grealish is always the last player left in training.
Grealish has become a star for both club and country, and now has a reputation as one of the very best players in the entirety of the Premier League.
But the Villa playmaker’s desire to improve has not subsided.
And Terry says that Grealish has not got to the top of his game by chance.
“We’re lucky to have him at Villa,” Terry said. “He’s one of the best in the Premier League without a shadow of a doubt and still can improve as well, he’s only young.
“But the side of him people don’t see, that I see as a player and now as a coach, is that he’s the last one to leave the training ground – after me, of course.
“He’s there every night working. He always wants to improve his strength, agility and speed and is always looking at videos and clips after games. He wants to improve and make the England team this summer.”

Grealish is currently enjoying the best season of his career, so his hard work is definitely paying off.
The 25-year-old has contributed with six goals and 10 assists in 21 matches for Villa to date, which has made him one of the most effective playmakers in the entire Premier League.
Grealish’s good form has helped Villa put together a very impressive season, with Dean Smith’s side currently sat in with ninth place and having games in hand over the teams around them.
