Adam Lallana has said on Super 6 that Pascal Gross always asks him about Liverpool and their manager Jurgen Klopp.
Lallana has said that his Brighton and Hove Albion teammate is a top player, and that he loves to know how Klopp and Liverpool operate.
The English attacking midfielder played for Liverpool from 2014 until the summer of 2020 when he joined Premier League rivals Brighton.
Gross has been on the books of Brighton since 2017 and was actually linked with a move to Liverpool in December 2018.
The Mirror reported at the time that Liverpool manager Klopp was considering making a bid of £15 million for the German midfielder in January 2019 as a potential alternative to Nabil Fekir.
The former FC Ingolstadt 04 star told Goal.com in March 2019 that he was honoured to be linked with Liverpool.
Lallana said on Super 6: “We have got a German, Pascal Gross, who’s top, top player and football fanatic, and he loves asking me about Jurgen and what he does here, what he does there, how the team play, this and that.
“We are like football geeks, we could talk for hours, and he sits next to me in the dressing room and we speak about the games every night, how did Liverpool do last night.”

Jurgen Klopp’s pulling power
Gross asking about Liverpool shows how much pull the defending Premier League champions and their manager Klopp have.
The 29-year-old is probably curious how things work at the Reds and is not actually angling for a move to Anfield.
What it shows is that players who are not at Liverpool are intrigued by the club and by Klopp, who is one of the best managers in the world.
The Reds are not having the best of seasons, but they remain a massive club who will have no issue in attracting top players in the summer of 2021.
