Some Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Kyogo Furuhashi against Aberdeen today.

Furuhashi started for Celtic in their Scottish Premiership game against Aberdeen away from home this afternoon.

The 26-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, scored in the 11th minute.

Ange Postecoglou’s side won the match 2-1.

Some Celtic fans were impressed by Furuhashi’s display and have raved about him on Twitter.

Furuhashi joined Celtic in the summer transfer window and has been arguably the best player for the Hoops so far this season.

The 26-year-old has had injury problems, but, as he showed against Aberdeen today, when fit and available, he has been absolutely stunning.

Against Aberdeen today, the Japan international worked hard in attack, made some intelligent runs to get behind the opposition defenders, and was always available for his teammates.

Furuhashi took one shot which ended in goal, had a pass accuracy of 81.8%, took 31 touches, made one interception, and put in two crosses.

The attacker has scored four goals in five Scottish Premiership appearances for Celtic so far this season.
