Liverpool pushed City all the way, reaching a total of 97 points, which City only beat by one.

City star Kyle Walker has praised Liverpool as ‘incredible’ for the way they ensured the title battle went right down to the wire.

Walker sent a message on Instagram, expressing delight in winning the second league title of his career.
