Sheffield United will be back in the Premier League next season.

Sheffield United are back in the Premier League after a 12-year absence – and even their former players are loving it.
The Blades beat Ipswich Town 2-0 on Saturday evening, with Scott Hogan and Jack O’Connell both getting on the scoresheet at a jubilant Bramall Lane.
Chris Wilder’s side were basically up after that win, as only two Leeds wins and a crazy goal swing would have denied them, and the party really started after Leeds only drew 1-1 with Aston Villa on Sunday.
United will return to the Premier League for the first time since relegation in 2007, and the red side of Sheffield has been in raucous mood ever since the promotion was confirmed.
Wilder’s men have received congratulations since Saturday evening, and now one of their former players has joined in with the celebrations.

Manchester City defender Kyle Walker was born in Sheffield, grew up supporting the Blades and came up through the ranks with the club, before leaving for Tottenham Hotspur.
Now, Walker has admitted on Twitter that he’s ‘buzzing’ to see his boyhood club in the top flight, congratulating everyone at the club as he prepares to face them next season.
