Tottenham Hotspur are currently three points adrift of the top-four.
During an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, Spurs full-back Kyle Walker was bullish in regards to his side’s Premier League title hopes, insisting that they can handle the pressure of competing at the very top level.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men have found themselves to be the target of heavy criticism over the past two months, after falling seven points behind league leaders Chelsea, and crashing out of the Champions League, following a succession of disappointing performances.

They seem to have got their campaign back on track now, however, after winning their last two games, and the 26-year-old England international was adamant that Tottenham can make a sustained push for success this term, when speaking to Sky Sports:
“We’re pushing. As we showed last season, we can cope with it. We’ve been there in the top four, so hopefully we can do what we did last season – get on the accelerator and turn the draws into wins. From recent weeks we’ve lacked the goals we’ve wanted, so to put in five against Swansea before finally getting the win at Wembley, hopefully it’s the turning point.”
Walker has blossomed into one of the league’s finest full-backs over the past two years, and he has to be considered one of Tottenham’s most important players.
Spurs face a huge game on Sunday, as they travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United, and the result could either underline their credentials as title contenders, or essentially rule them out of the race, depending on other results.
